Every item that leaves our facility is in its original manufacturer-sealed condition, exactly as it was produced and packaged at the factory.
Our Sourcing Standards
Our Authenticity Guarantee begins long before your order is placed. It starts with how and where we source our products. All items carried by Gravex Hobby are obtained through legitimate and authorized supply channels. We do not purchase inventory from unverified sellers, gray-market sources, or individuals whose product origins cannot be confirmed. Our sourcing standards are strict because we know that the integrity of our products depends entirely on where they come from.
Factory Sealed Condition
All products listed on gravexhobby.shop are factory sealed at the time of listing and remain factory sealed through packaging and shipment. We do not open, inspect the contents of, or interact with the sealed portions of any product before it is shipped to you. The factory seal on your product will be intact and unbroken when it arrives at your door. If for any reason a product arrives and does not appear to be in its original factory sealed condition, we want to know immediately.
No Resealing or Tampering
