A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that has not yet been released or has not yet arrived in our inventory. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your spot for that product and agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is collected in full at the time a pre-order is placed. This applies to all pre-order products listed on gravexhobby.shop. By completing a pre-order at checkout, you authorize Gravex Hobby to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method immediately. This policy helps us confirm your allocation and secure your product with our suppliers.
All pre-order payments are processed securely through Stripe using the same secure payment infrastructure as all other orders on our website.
Estimated Release and Ship Dates
Estimated release dates and ship dates displayed on pre-order product listings are provided by the manufacturer or our suppliers and are subject to change. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Gravex Hobby is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We will make every reasonable effort to communicate updates to pre-order timelines via email. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the change and provide you with an updated estimated ship date.
Pre-Order Cancellations by the Customer
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gravexhobby.shop. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests for pre-orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Please note that once a pre-order has been allocated, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Pre-Order Cancellations by Gravex Hobby
In rare circumstances, Gravex Hobby may need to cancel a pre-order. This may occur if a product is discontinued by the manufacturer, if our supplier is unable to fulfill our order, if a pricing error occurred at the time of listing, or due to other circumstances beyond our control. In any such case, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Product Availability and Allocation
Pre-orders are subject to availability and supplier allocation. While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders placed on our website, there may be rare instances where a supplier is unable to provide the full quantity needed to fulfill all pre-orders. In such cases, we will contact affected customers and offer either a full refund or the option to be placed on a waitlist for the next available allocation.
Price Changes
The price you pay at the time you place your pre-order is the price you will be charged. We will not increase the price of a pre-order after it has been placed, even if the market value of the product changes between the time of your order and the time of shipment. However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are shipped once the product has been received in our facility and processed. Pre-order items follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders, with processing occurring within 1 to 3 business days of the product arriving in our inventory. Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, and international shipping typically takes 7 to 21 business days after processing.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, please be aware that your entire order may be held until all pre-order items are available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment. Split shipments may result in additional shipping costs.
Pre-Orders and Returns
Pre-order items that arrive sealed and in their original factory condition are subject to our standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
