What is listed is what is shipped. If we ever make an error in a listing, we will notify you promptly and offer you a full resolution including the option to cancel your order for a complete refund.

Because all of our products are sealed, we cannot guarantee the specific cards, items, or contents found inside any sealed product once it has been opened. The contents of sealed trading card products are determined entirely by the manufacturer and are subject to the odds and configurations published by that manufacturer. Our guarantee also does not cover damage caused by the customer after delivery, items returned outside of the 30-day window, or items that have been opened and are therefore no longer in sealed condition.
