We are an online retail store specializing in sealed trading card cases and collectibles, and we understand that some buyers, businesses, and organizations may be interested in purchasing products in larger quantities. This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and process for wholesale inquiries and purchases at Gravex Hobby.
Who This Policy Is For
This Wholesale Policy applies to individuals, businesses, retailers, hobby shops, resellers, and organizations who are interested in purchasing Gravex Hobby products in bulk or at wholesale pricing. Whether you operate a brick-and-mortar hobby store, an online retail business, or any other commercial enterprise that sells trading cards and collectibles, we welcome your inquiry and will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
How to Submit a Wholesale Inquiry
At this time, all wholesale and bulk purchase inquiries must be submitted directly via email. We do not currently have an automated wholesale portal or online application system. To submit a wholesale inquiry, please contact us at hello@gravexhobby.shop with the subject line Wholesale Inquiry.
Please include the following information in your inquiry:
Your full name and the name of your business or organization. Your business type, such as retail store, online reseller, hobby shop, or other. Your website or social media presence, if applicable. The products or product categories you are interested in purchasing. The approximate quantities you are looking to purchase. Your location and shipping destination. Any relevant business license or resale certificate information, as this may be required for wholesale pricing to be extended.
We will review all wholesale inquiries and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee the availability of wholesale pricing or product allocation, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale request at our sole discretion.
Wholesale Pricing and Availability
Wholesale pricing at Gravex Hobby is offered on a case by case basis and is subject to product availability, current inventory levels, and supplier allocation. Not all products listed on gravexhobby.shop may be available for wholesale purchasing, and wholesale pricing may not be available on all product lines at all times.
Wholesale pricing, when offered, will be communicated directly to the applicant via email following our review of the inquiry. Wholesale prices are not publicly listed on our website and are not automatically applied at checkout. All wholesale transactions are handled separately from standard retail orders.
Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order quantities or minimum order values may apply to wholesale purchases. Specific minimums will be communicated at the time a wholesale arrangement is discussed and agreed upon. Minimum requirements may vary depending on the product category, current inventory levels, and the nature of the wholesale arrangement.
We reserve the right to adjust minimum order requirements at any time based on availability and business conditions.
Payment Terms for Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are subject to full payment in advance unless a separate written payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon between Gravex Hobby and the wholesale buyer. We accept the same payment methods for wholesale orders as we do for standard retail orders, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe, all processed securely through Stripe.
For large wholesale orders, we may request additional verification or documentation before processing payment. This is done to protect both parties and to ensure that all wholesale transactions are conducted securely and in good faith.
We do not extend net payment terms, credit lines, or deferred billing arrangements for wholesale orders unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance.
Shipping and Fulfillment of Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to the same processing standards as retail orders, with processing occurring within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt, unless a different timeline has been agreed upon in writing.
Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment and will be communicated to the buyer prior to order confirmation. For large or heavy wholesale orders, freight shipping may be required. Gravex Hobby will work with wholesale buyers to identify the most cost-effective and reliable shipping solution for each order.
International wholesale shipping is available and is subject to the same customs duties, import taxes, and delivery timelines described in our standard Shipping Policy. International wholesale buyers are responsible for all customs fees and import charges assessed by their country's customs authority.
Product Authenticity for Wholesale Orders
All products sold through our wholesale program carry the same authenticity guarantee as our standard retail products. Every item we provide to wholesale buyers is factory sealed and sourced through legitimate and authorized channels. We do not sell resealed, tampered, or counterfeit products under any circumstances, regardless of order size or customer type.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for representing and selling our products accurately and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Gravex Hobby will not be held responsible for misrepresentation of our products by wholesale buyers to their own customers.
Returns and Refunds for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are generally subject to the same return eligibility requirements as standard retail orders. Items must be returned in their original factory sealed condition within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. However, specific return terms for wholesale orders may be negotiated and agreed upon in writing at the time the wholesale arrangement is established.
We strongly encourage all wholesale buyers to inspect their shipments promptly upon receipt and to contact us within 7 days of delivery if any items are damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described. We will work with wholesale buyers to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
Resale and Compliance Responsibilities
Wholesale buyers who purchase products from Gravex Hobby for the purpose of resale are solely responsible for ensuring that their resale activities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to business licensing requirements, sales tax collection and remittance obligations, consumer protection laws, and any manufacturer resale restrictions.
Gravex Hobby does not provide legal, tax, or business advice to wholesale buyers. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified attorney or accountant regarding your obligations as a reseller in your jurisdiction.
Wholesale buyers are also responsible for accurately representing the products they resell, including making appropriate disclosures about the sealed and random nature of trading card products, in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
Confidentiality
Any wholesale pricing, terms, or arrangements communicated by Gravex Hobby to a wholesale buyer are confidential and are provided solely for the use of the intended recipient. Wholesale buyers agree not to disclose, share, or publish any pricing or terms communicated to them by Gravex Hobby without our express written consent.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Wholesale Arrangements
Gravex Hobby reserves the right to refuse any wholesale inquiry, to decline to extend wholesale pricing to any applicant, and to discontinue any existing wholesale arrangement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in inventory availability, changes in our business model, or concerns about how our products are being represented or resold. In the event that we discontinue an existing wholesale arrangement, we will fulfill any outstanding confirmed orders before terminating the arrangement.
Changes to This Wholesale Policy
Gravex Hobby reserves the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Wholesale buyers are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued participation in our wholesale program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
