Orders
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@gravexhobby.shop with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they enter the fulfillment process. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@gravexhobby.shop with your order number and the change you need. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it can no longer be changed or cancelled, and our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Check your spam or junk mail folder first. Confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your payment is processed. If you still cannot find it within one hour of placing your order, contact us at hello@gravexhobby.shop with the name and email address used at checkout and we will verify your order and resend the confirmation.

Shipping
Yes — we offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States, with no minimum order required. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout on every US order. International orders are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, domestic US orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days after processing. These are estimated timelines and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.
Yes — Gravex Hobby ships to many international destinations worldwide from Bartow, Florida. International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any fees imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the product before opening it further and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gravexhobby.shop with your order number and photos. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or building management and contact the carrier directly. Reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or included in your order total at checkout. We recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery on unopened, factory sealed items only. The item must be in its original sealed condition and must not have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery. Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. To begin a return, email us at hello@gravexhobby.shop with your order number before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. After we process your refund, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Unfortunately no. Once a sealed product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances. The specific cards or items inside any sealed trading card product are determined entirely by the manufacturer and are random by nature. No specific pull, hit, or card is ever guaranteed. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original eligible item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order for the item you prefer. Absolutely — without exception. Every product sold by Gravex Hobby is 100% genuine and factory sealed. We source all inventory through legitimate and authorized channels and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy on resealed, tampered, searched, or counterfeit products. No retailer anywhere can guarantee the specific contents of a sealed trading card product. The cards, autographs, parallels, and any other items inside sealed boxes and packs are determined entirely by the manufacturer at the time of production and are random by nature. What we guarantee is that every product we sell is 100% factory sealed, untouched, and exactly as produced by the manufacturer.
Gravex Hobby specializes in sealed trading card cases and collectibles. Our catalog includes sealed hobby boxes, sealed cases, and a range of collectible products across popular trading card categories. Product availability is shown in real time on each listing page. If an item is sold out, email us at hello@gravexhobby.shop and we will let you know as soon as we have a restock date or if a pre-order option becomes available. We do our best to keep popular products in stock and regularly add new inventory.
Payment
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. All payment options are available at checkout with no additional fees or surcharges.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase for all orders, including pre-orders. A confirmation email is sent immediately after your payment is successfully processed. We do not place holds or partial charges — the full order amount is charged when you complete checkout.
Yes. All transactions on gravexhobby.shop are SSL encrypted and processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Gravex Hobby never stores, views, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve your allocation of an upcoming product before it releases. Full payment is collected at the time you place a pre-order. Once the product arrives at our facility, it enters our standard fulfillment process — 1 to 3 business days processing followed by free US shipping with 3 to 7 business day transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Yes — you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gravexhobby.shop with your order number and cancellation request. Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process and shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.
Release dates for pre-order products are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are subject to change. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware of it and provide an updated estimated ship date. If the delay is significant and you no longer wish to wait, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund by contacting us at hello@gravexhobby.shop.
Wholesale
Yes — Gravex Hobby offers wholesale arrangements for verified hobby shops, online retailers, and bulk buyers. To inquire, email us at hello@gravexhobby.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and include your business name, business type, website or social presence, the products you are interested in, approximate quantities, and any relevant business license or resale certificate information. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.

All wholesale orders require full payment in advance unless a separate written payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon between Gravex Hobby and the buyer. We accept the same payment methods as our standard retail orders — Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe. For large wholesale orders, additional verification may be required before processing.
